How are Signature and Elite Packages different?
The Signature package includes managements of all on-site logistics, communication with vendors and hosts 90 days prior to your event and a debriefing. The Elite option adds a dedicated personal assistant specifically for the host for personal, emotional, and technical support (this service can be extended to special guests such as partners and speakers).
Do you provide Concierge service for events other an the traditional retreat?
Yes, choose either package to carry out your plans and handing behind the scenes logistics for class and family reunions, as well as conferences and similar events.
Who is the Concierge Service for?
Retreat hosts who want to focus on delivering their experience rather than managing the event.
What if I need something not included in your packages?
We offer customized services to deliver your vision for your retreats, reunions, conferences, etc.. Just let us know what you want and we will create a package just for you.
Are your services available outside of your local area?
Yes, we provide on-site concierge services for events in various locations. Travel arrangements and associated costs can be discussed during your consultation to accommodate your event's specific location.
